The 5th Edition of IISA 2026 was held at the Sheraton Oman Hotel in Muscat on 12 February 2026 — organised by the I.I.I Group, Gulf Skill Pioneers, and Business Collaborations International (BCI) under the theme “Oman Vision 2040 — Global Partnerships Beyond Borders, Trade Talent & Technology.”

SHEKINAIH SIEW SIN YAP and J AARON K DAVID joined an international cohort of delegates from the Philippines, India, Thailand, Canada, Egypt, South Africa, Madagascar, Poland, and the broader Gulf region — recognised on stage by an Omani host delegate alongside an Indian official, a European business leader, and a representative of the Sultanate.

Between sessions of the formal programme, a young Omani guest in a wheelchair — Sultanate flag in hand — became the centre of an unscripted ministry moment. J AARON K DAVID leaned in to pray, while SHEKINAIH SIEW SIN YAP sat beside in quiet presence. No cameras prompted, no introductions made.

It is a posture the founders carry into every city — recognition on the stage, service in the room.

Alongside the IISA programme, the delegation was hosted by ILSOMAN — Integrated Logistic Services Oman, an authorised economic operator and Vision 2040 partner. The visit included sessions on cross-border trade, regional logistics, and partnership pathways for Crowned Eagles Global LLP and CE Global Network LLP into the Sultanate of Oman and the wider GCC.
